Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial phone screening ~ one week prior to interviewing confirming interest in the program and offer for first round interview. First round interview was online and consisted of two blocks: one block was markets-focused and the second block was technicals-focused. Final round in-person offered the following day scheduled for within 3 days of first-round interview, where the entire capital markets team sat in. MD led the questioning with no intervention from juniors.
