Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Was referred by COO for IB SA position very late in the process. Waited until the current SA class accepted/reneged on FT offers and the firm needed more SA (my summer) so was reached out to for first round. First round consisted of two 30 minute phone calls with basic behavioral and technical questions. Invited to a Superday which consisted of three ~45 min one-on-one interviews with VP's and MD's across the bank. One interview was entirely behaviroal, one entirely technical, and the third was a hybrid. Questions came straight from 400q guide and it was apparent they were looking to check the technical box and find a good cultural fit. One interview asked more questions about investing in general (what to do with $1mm, how would you diversify, etc.) but other than that, it was exactly what you'd expect by studying the 400q guide.
