Summer Analyst

Began with Citi Early ID Process, was invited to R1 by the end of the program.

R1 consisted of two back to back 30 minutes, mix of behavioral & technical first interview, 2nd focuses on personality and resume questions to check for "BS".

Moved on to SD which consisted of 3 back to back, 30 minute interviews; First only technical with Asso, second behavioral and leadership questions with director, and third was a in-depth resume grilling, looking for any creases or overstating in my resume.

Didn't receive offer but amazing culture within the firm, looking to make sure students are in the right positions and was offered several referrals post interviews by those I had conversations with at the firm at other banks to help push me along in the process.
