Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online at my school's career services website. They emailed me letting me know I had been selected for an interview. Both interviewers had flown in from NYC. One young male, and an older woman. Both were VPs, but the male was an alumni of my school so he was easier with the questions (non-target). Really hammered me hard with extremely detailed DCF questions, what's the formula for WAAC, difference between equity and enterprise value models, 100,000 dollar increase in D&A flowing through all statements. First round was definitely more technical than behavioral. They gave the regular behaviorals as well.
