A recruiter reached out to me and I was invited to the superday with no phone interview or anything. 2 rounds back-to-back during the superday with virtually no technicals (one about recent headlines in the WSJ) and the rest was fit like a resume walkthrough and my background. Heard back the next day with the offer.
