Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Came on campus for a 2 on 1 first round then the superday consisted of 5 25 minute rounds. The first round was very technical to weed out candidates and the second was much more fit / behavioral. I personally did not vibe with the interviewers in the Chicago office during the superday and it was clear that the fit was not there. I would advise reaching out to people at the firm for initial phone calls to get a better feel of overall culture.
