Please describe the interview / hiring process.

I applied online over Citi's campus recruitment website. After I succesfully passed the screening I was invited to complete the numerical test, which is neither Kenexa nor SHL. After I again succesfully passed this stage I was invited for a first round interview in the Frankfurt office with 2 associates. Questions were basic accounting three statements and valuation questions. After passing the first round the second round was quite extensive. With 6 interviews an individual presentation and exercise. Interviewers were mainly directors, vps and associates.
