What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied via on campus MBA recruiting (Top 15 school).
- assisted info session on campus (food and drinks)
- was selected for 1st round interview (phone). About 30-40 mins, 80% technical questions (walk me through DCF, what happens to each financial statement when you have $100 depreciation, etc.), some qualitative / resume questions as well.
- After this, was called back for final round interview in NYC. 2 separate interviews, each about 45 mins each. 2 v 1 each time. First interview panel was me vs. HR and an MD in the IBD group. Each person would rattle off questions - less technical, more macro type and personality questions (talk about economic crisis, what is your macro view going forward , etc.). Second interview panel was me vs. 2 VPs in the IBD group. Mix of technical and resume questions.
Heard back within a few days and was not extended an offer.
