Typical summer associate process
Began in the fall - lots of company events, dinners, socials to meet with alumni
Invite only events post couple of first interactions
Post invite only, you receive an interview invite
3 Rounds - First rounds was 2 on 1 interview - Interviewers consisted of associates, VP's - mix of behavioral, technical questions
Second round was extremely technical - VP from M&A conducted this
Final round was mostly conversational with a MD
