Summer Associate

Citi initially came to my MBA campus for a corporate presentation with about 15-20 bankers. We were expected to network and establish relationships with the groups we were interested in. There were subsequently two other events which were largely open invite to interact with more members on the recruiting team. Despite my school not being in New York, students were expected to visit the office for an inperson informational. The interviews were conducted in the offices of a Citi private bank. There were 2 45 minute interviews each with an MD and then a junior banker. My first interview focused more on technical questions and the second was more fit however I don't believe they were intentionally structured like that. Very pleasant and really were interested in how much you wanted to be at Citi.
