Summer Finance Analyst

Applied through my school's career site, and I received an interview a week later. I had one interview on campus and then a week later, I was invited to a super day (3 interviews with 3 different people from different groups). A few hours after the super day, I got a call saying I was on hold (no offer but not rejected). I didn't hear from them for 2 months until they finally told me that I would not be receiving an offer. The interviews were all behavioral and measured fit more than anything else. I thought I did fine during the super day. I had fun conversations about random things with the interviewers and everything seemed fine, but I guess there were better candidates out there. The NYC office in Tribeca is beautiful, with a great view.
