Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Only scheduled two phone interview which was conducted with alums from my school currently employed at Citi. To my understanding, this was pretty standard. I did not receive any follow-up for a few weeks then a rejection. If the process were to move forward, to my understanding, I would have one or two video interviews with senior management then possibly get an invitation to a super day.
