Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There are three rounds of interviews:
1. One-on-One Interview. The interview is likely more junior managers in the organization. The content revolves more around going through the things written on CV. Basically it's a first level of gauge of the candidate's suitability.
2. Group Interview (Group of 8-10). It's a group case study. The case is that a coffee bean company tries to expand its business and there're three potential places to expand. Based on the discussion, the group should come up with a proposal in terms of which place should be chosen.
3. Behavioral Interview. This round is usually two-on-one or one-on-one. The interviews are more senior in the organization (in my case, the program manager). The questions are more behavior based.
4. Business Manager Interview (Optional). I had one additional round of interview with the business manager. This round is more about understanding the business, the team and etc.
