1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round consisted of 4 interviews - 2 heads and 2 traders. Primarily personality/fit questions.
Second round was with the 2 heads' boss. Very tough technical and markets questions.
Third round with 3 higher-level employees. Mix of fit, technical questions and brainteasers.
