TTS Analyst

The interview process with Citi Groups Treasury and Trade Solutions Group (TTS) consisted of an initial phone screen where they tell you more about the role and ask you general behavioural questions. You then get a one on one zoom call with an analyst that is currently within the same group you are applying for, this analyst goes over the role and what the day to day actually is. The analyst also refers some case studies to go over prior to what essentially is your first round. Now for the first round interview, you interview with an MD within the TTS group and the questions they ask are more niche to the group and function you'll be doing. They then ask you so overall economic questions I.e "How will the interest rate hikes effect Citi's TTS group". After you pass this interview they move you on to the final round which is more so a behavioural/fit interview, prior to then extending an offer.
