Interview
Began with Citi Early ID Process, was invited to R1 by the end of the program.

R1 consisted of two back to back 30 minutes, mix of behavioral & technical first interview, 2nd focuses on personality and resume questions to check for "BS".

Moved on to SD which consisted of 3 back to back, 30 minute interviews; First only technical with Asso, second behavioral and leadership questions with director, and third was a in-depth resume grilling, looking for any creases or overstating in my resume.

Didn't receive offer but amazing culture within the firm, looking to make sure students are in the right positions and was offered several referrals post interviews by those I had conversations with at the firm at other banks to help push me along in the process.

Interview
3 rounds process, first two were behavioral one on ones. Last round is a 2 hour superday, with a case study: 30 mins prep, 30 mins one on one with a VP breaking down solution. The rest of the superday was behavioral. Overall, not a challenging interview process, hardest part is actually landing the interview.
Interview Questions
Nothing was too difficult, the same basic behavioral questions. They don't expect much for an incoming summer analyst, but knowing about the business will help you stand out in the process. EX: knowing the 5 core businesses services is comprised of.

Interview
I submitted my resume online and was later contacted by an associate to schedule a 30-minute first round interview. The interview consists of common behavioral questions (TMAY, Why banking...), with little technical. The discussion focused heavily on my prior banking internship experience (my responsibilities, projects I worked on...)
Interview Questions
There were no particularly difficult technical questions. The interviewer spent the most time going through my resume and digging into my junior-year summer internship experience. They asked detailed questions about a CIM I had worked on, including the different sections of a CIM, my specific responsibilities, and the tools/databases I used.
