Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Recruiter sent my resume, and scheduled a meeting with the team after they reviewed. Met with analyst to SVP at the firm. All very fit based questions. Nothing technical, which was surprising. They were very focused on macro views on the market and walking me through their process. I walked them through the life of a deal (think IS/Debt background). After that had some more calls with the team, and ultimately came back in to discuss more technical/micro level analysis. Walking through DCF and disposition analysis.
