The process was extremely disjointed and unorganized, which is illustrative of the Company. No clear process existed and in the late-stage of the hiring debacle, previously agreed upon comp package was adjusted negatively without an opportunity to discuss or address the changes. Once the the adjustment issue was brought up, a particularly robotic and bureaucratic senior employee took over as the point of contact and acted completely adversarial, disregarding any and all attempts to address the comp issue. Compensation, career track, company values and culture, and other important factors were misrepresented during the interview and feedback process. And as an added bonus, they attempted to assign laborious projects about a month prior to the agreed upon starting date. Of course, the work was expected to be completed for free. Do yourself a favor, and stay away unless you really need the job, or think it could be a springboard to better opportunities. Yes, it is that bad.

None really. There was a simple take-home example homework assignment that could be rationalized to make sense for a new graduate, maybe. "What was your undergrad GPA?" Try looking at my resume please. Just stroke egos, point at shiny onjects, and you'll get the job you never wanted. The tough question comes a little later, when you're asking yourself why in the world dI'd I take the offer? What came over me to do something so miserable over the other opportunities available. I guess they tricked me, as much as I dont like to admit it., What gets you really excited in life? Don't you think every town should have everything it's own brewery? Can you tell I hate you, myself and everyone else while I'm smiling like this? Do you think they can tell? I would leave you out to dry for a dollar, you know that, don't you? Do you think I'd get away with it? You know I'm really, really smart do the you? Can you tell that I'm lying to you? You are aware that I am a robot do the you? Will you laugh everytime I tell a horrible joke? Are you okay working through the night to chase downot a useless shiny for me? You know all of the work will go into to the abyss, right?
