Business Technology Analyst

Overall the process was positive although I did not get an offer. 2 rounds with 2 separate 1 hour interviews with senior management, no senior consultants managers or higher only. 1 case 1 fit portion of the interview each day. Everyone seemed happy to be there and interview me. One manager didn't have any business cards to give you but had one at the front desk that I could get all his information from. One thing that did stand out to me was that everyone I sent a follow up e-mail to sent me a reply saying thanks. Although I did not receive an offer this was a nice gesture. So after 3 days I received a phone call from the recruiter stating they would not offer me the internship but an externship instead.
