Reached out to a recruiter through a friend, and then she called me and talked to me for like 30 min - was very conversational we were literally talking about fun stuff and then she called me 2 weeks later telling me i have a interview - back to back. all behavioral with two very high level people at deloitte. after this i got a call like a week later w an offer!

Had a first round that consisted of fairly basic technicals and behaviorals. Pretty much drilled until failure. I got the superday two weeks later. It consisted of 9 interviews back to back which were primarily behavioral, but some were technical. The entire process was very time consuming, so be ready for that.
