The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview

1. It begins with an assessment process which includes basic SJT questions, mathematics questions and also some questions about the company. I don't belive there was a deadline, rather just complete it in one seating.
2. Once you passed that stage, you will receive a notification if you passed. So the next stage is the job simulation. It is more specific, more sjt questions and harder math questions, an email of 1000 words without guide, as well as a video interview.
I failed this stage

Interview Questions

I think the hardest question was writing an email of 1000 words. The question was what would you write to your associate regarding a business analysis. There was a lack of guidance and that each component was quite vague. The system also bugged so I could not see my previous data.

Interview

During my Interview process, I had 3 interviews with 3 different positions. The first interview was a behavioral interview with the recruiter for the San Jose office. The second interview was held by an Advisory manager and consisted of a 30-minute case on Deloitte's portal. The case was relatively simple and it was about calculating a stock's value through its share price and shares outstanding. The last interview was with a PPMD (Partner Principle & Managing Director) it was another behavioral interview and he asked me about my resume. The interview process was relatively quick for me as the big 4 heavily recruit from my campus.

Interview

I applied online through Deloitte's career services and was contacted by the HR. The hiring process was quite simple. I first had an online interview with 2 staff from the HR department which covered behavioral and personality questions mostly. Then I was invited to do a numerical, IQ and accounting exam at Deloitte's office which was very fair. Next I was invited to a 1 on 1 interview with a VP which lasted around an hour, followed by a 1 on 1 interview with a Partner. Both of these interviews were technical. I received the offer the next day.
