1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process started with HR to get background. This was followed by 2 phone interviews with Senior Managers. About a week after the last phone interview, they contacted me for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was with three people: Manager, Senior Manager, and Partner. The Partner handled the behavioral interview, the Senior Manager the technical interview, and the Manager handled the case. The case was pretty straight forward around how you would set up a project and areas you would want to advise on.
