What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
2 phone interviews (I was living in France and job based in Switzerland)
- a first one with HR, to talk about my CV, experience, motivations. Some questions where asked about "what would you do in that situation?". For example, "What would you do if you hear a colleague sharing confidential information with a client?". The interview was straight forward.
- a second phone interview with 2 managers. Again to talk about my experience and motivations. Moreover, we talked about the job and what I was expecting from it. Nothing hard or tricky questions at this step.
