At this level, the interviews are generally one on one and in person. I had to do one interview by phone because the interviewer just wasn't physically available at the time. The interview is more of a personality test. By this final stage, you have jumped through a series of hoops, background checks, and so on. The questions are both technical and personal. You're talking with one person of roughly your rank, and two senior people. Happily, the "coding test" stuff is confined to the lower ranks, thus avoiding that particular indignity.
