They first had a coffee chat with six interviewees at a time. This consisted of just talking about ourselves and our backgrounds and then hearing more about the position and answering any questions we may have had. After that some were chosen to continue in the interview process a week later, which consisted of a 1-on-1 interview. The interview was only 30 minutes long and the interviewer was very friendly and made good conversation. There was nothing out of the ordinary except for a small 5 minute “case” that was focused on thinking qualitatively.
