AERS Advisory Consultant

I had to go through recruitment with all the accounting majors. There were very few individuals looking into Advisory and consulting. While the accountants were stressing, I was able to relax and easily differentiate myself. They really like any relevant skills, because almost everything is behavioral. I had worked on an SAP implementation as an intern, so I was able to leverage that throughout the interview process. All the interviews were behavioral, and there were several dinners and networking events included. At least one of these events will have alcohol, so remember no more than 2 drinks is the rule of thumb.
