Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was phone screen by recruiter -- general personality / experience questions. Second round was phone interview by Mid level analyst. Got asked experience questions and a few brain teasers. Third round consisted of 3 hour long interviews. 2 interviews were Cases, the third was experience / behavioral. The third round were all in person interviews. Cases were basic and pretty easy (e.g. how to increase profitability of a company experiencing x, y, z.) Minimal detail was given and candidate is expected to ask questions to solicit the right information.
