1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Made an impression at the Info session with a VP. Got an offer for the first round.
Two one-on-one interview at the career center on campus. Behavioral first then case. Both went for around 20mins.
This was actually my first consulting interview, ever. Should have done more preparation on the cases and researched Deloitte's case problem style.
They are much less number oriented, at least in the first round. Just want to get a sense of your business senses and personality. Both interviewers were pretty cold. Not sure if that's on purpose.
Word of advice, apply to more firms, even if you are aiming for higher. They give you more practices before you go in for the real thing.
