Two Rounds of Case Interviews:
Round 1: Phone Interview (1 HR)
A. (30Min) Case interview focused on the healthcare market. Had to draw visual chart and describe over the phone, interviewed with a partner in M&A Strategy
B. (30Min) Behavorial Interview. Shifted to a lower level personality/resume screen. Got the feeling that only those who did well on the case got passed to this part.
Round 2: 2 on 1 Case Interview (2HR) In Office
A. Case focused on the TMT Growth Strategy. Stress test was included in the interview as one of the partners suddenly walked out of the room and I was forced to transition the case to the other partner
