1st round consisted of 2x interviews with 2x people each time, 1x Associate and 1x VP or Director.
1x interview was commercial + brainteaser, 1x interview was financial/modelling/valuation.
2nd round was 2x interviews, 1x with an MD which was just a conversation. 1x with staffer which was based on a personality test taken prior.
