Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First process is to apply online through their website. Secondly, HR will call you to understand and ask about your motivations and plans. After that, they will call you again to schedule a group interview. This was with multiple candidates of different areas (finance, audit, consulting,..). We received a presentation of the company and their values and after that we received a business case we had to solve in group. They were looking for people that had great thinking and were not quiet. They called the day after to say if we passed or not. On the same call they scheduled a meeting with HR (motivations), manager (technical) and partner (motivations). I received the offer a week after the last call.
