Please describe the interview / hiring process.
A partner interviewed for first round which is surprising. Totally non-conventional questions, mostly a conversation trying to see your personality and behavioural question. Went through each of my work experience and asked me to talk more about it one by one. Also talked about general topics like sports, travelling, EBOLA. After those questions, he asked some standard questions from a list about teamwork, why audit, organisation or self, leadership etc.
