What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was a 30 min. behavioral and a really easy 40 min. (business style, no tech) case.
Final round was more difficult. It was a 45 min. case but not what everyone said in terms of a SDLC case. It was very business like, and basically hinged on you figuring out that what was costing the client so much was a poor testing plan. Then you essentially had to analyze why it was a poor plan. Really unlike what I'd seen in the past, or what people said it would be like. It caught me by surprise.
Then I had a 15 min. debrief and we talked about my overall career goals.
Summed, the final round interview was 1 hour.
