Business Analyst

The process starts with an information session at least a year prior. Once they have down selected the candidates from the larger group, round 1 interviews take place on campus. These are behavioral interviews in a 1-on-1 setting. Once you have moved past round 1, round 2 interviews take place in the Kansas City Deloitte office. These interviews are case study interviews where the candidates are tested by going through a business problem. My advice would be to clearly articulate the problem solving process.
