Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I started going to Deloitte information sessions starting junior year semester, as I heard attendance and continued interest were important to the firm's hiring process. I was more active in post-session networking senior year, and was invited to a dinner where I saw a few other candidates as well as the Deloitte recruiting team. Half the hires came from the dinner group, and half did not. Both first round and second round were on campus and a day apart. First round was two interviews, behavioral and case separate; you found out results the evening of. Second round was a longer case interview with two interviewers (both upper level consultants). I found out results over the phone about a week after.
