Interview Details
Before getting the on campus interviews, you get assigned a Interview Buddy which is a recent grad who helps answer your questions and does a mock case interview (definitely do this and make it like the real thing). Now back to the on campus interviews: One standard, verbal Q&A type (Essentially the Airport test) and a second one that was a 30minute case interview. The first one was super chill and easy. The second one actually required some work and preparation. After both of those, they told us pretty much the same day whether we moved on or not. The third and last interview was in their office (which was super nice by the way). That interview was with two senior managers and it was a full one hour case. They definitely had their best poker faces on and you could tell they wanted to put some pressure on and see your reaction. STAY CALM. BE METHODOLOGICAL.
Other than that, the only advice I would give is prepare. Go through key parts in Case in Point and be aware of the different tools and lingo you might face. Also, either be really good at math or practice mental math a lot. They expect you to know that stuff within 15-30 seconds max.
As far as the culture goes, I really enjoy meeting Deloitte consultants. I've had a very positive experience with everyone I worked with.
