Applied through my University. They came to campus for two days, the first day was two half hour interviews with two different upper level consultants. The first was a basic behavioral interview walking the interviewer through your resume, why Deloitte, why consulting, etc. The second was a case, it is nothing like the classic management consulting cases that Bain, BCG, McKinsey give, the Deloitte one is much more basic. The case was about planning the Olympics the first questions was to think of ways they could generate revenue and then they asked you a quanitative question about tiered seating prices. It was basically an algebra problem where you have to solve for a given variable. Then the third question was a also a quantitative question about cutting costs. Overall not too hard, but make sure your math is polished. They then called you that night to let you know if you were getting a second round which was the next day. I did not receive a second round.
