Deloitte puts tons and tons of effort on the hiring process - flying in lots of analysts, interview buddies, "get-to-know-you" dinner, etc.
The interview consisted of a 30-min case interview and a 30-min behavioral interview. I got the case interview first. The case was about the revenue and costs of hosting an Olympic Game for the city of LA. It was unconventional in the sense that the interviewer (a partner at the Chicago office) did not follow the traditional "prompt - ask me questions" framework, but rather "prompt - ask you questions." The most important thing in retrospect is to keep a cool head, and don't panic when things aren't what you are used to.
