1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Deloitte has a very standard recruiting process. I was recruited on campus. I merely submitted my resume and met with on-campus representatives at a career fair. I then had one phone interview, followed by my official in-person first round interview. For final round interviews I had a super day round in which I met with several consultants, and a senior manager.
