Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Non-core school recruiting. Took a very long time for them to get back about next steps compared to interviewing with MBB/A.T. Kearney/L.E.K. Consulting. They had two initial phone screens. One was a behavioral with around 12 standard behavioral questions. The other was a case on an M&A deal. Overall, it was a fine process, but it took quite a bit of time which I think could be indicative of the size of the Deloitte machine.
