They reached out through my school to allow me to schedule a first round interview. I was out of town so they allowed me to do a phone/skype interview. It consisted of half an hour of behavioral questions (very standard questions), followed by a half hour case. The case involved graphs of percentages of costs/revenue. I passed to the next round which was held a week later in their office. There was another half hour behavioral section with a partner, followed by an intensely math-heavy case presented by another partner. All math was to be done without a calculator and involved summing and multiplying many large numbers. Nice people overall.
