What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was fairly straight forward, it consisted of 2 rounds. The first round was 2 back to back 30-min interviews, one case and one behavioral. The case was almost exactly like the examples they have on their website. Then the final round was one 30-min interview with a more senior individual at the firm. Behaviorals were both very straight forward, they mainly asked about team experience and "Why Deloitte?". Just make sure you have a good answer for why you want to work at Deloitte specifically.
