Business Valuation Analyst

My first interview was with a senior manager. Most of the interviews dealt with behavioral questions. A few technical questions were asked like a simple "Walk me through a DCF." The second interview was a case study that involved analyzing a company in the automobile industry. Most questions tended to be around financial strategy and identifying growth opportunities and competitive advantages. Deloitte has a case study interview prep guide that I recommend going through before. The final interview was with an MD in the actual office and group that I was going to be joining. It was mostly behavioral questions but might have been asked a few technical accounting questions - as this role was often geared to people with an accounting background.
