Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through OCR and got a first round on-campus interview. The 1st round was with two managers/senior managers and the questions were basically walking through resume & experience, a little bit of technicals like what you know about valuation methods, and some standard behavioral questions. Invited to second round one week later. Second round was with two partner-level guys through video. More laid-back and relaxed experience. Basically talked about experience and personal background, why Deloitte etc.
