What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round: Two interviews, each with a case and short bit of behavioral.
2nd round: 5 interviews with a mix of Partners and Sr. Managers that involved varying depths of cases (from short 10 minute mini-cases to 30 minute cases). Spent the majority of these interviews discussing experience.
I found the Deloitte interview process to be a little disorganized, and every interviewer seemed to ask what ever they were interested in. I had some very technical economic questions, which seemed odd.
