Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process is different from when you first enter the workforce. The questions are more related to experience and less on the behavioral aspects that were emphasized in school. Went through the phone interview and onto three more interviews with manager, senior manager, and partner.
Interviews with the all four people were good. Having extensive experience and being able to talk to it go long ways.
