Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There were 3 rounds of interview, all conducted through phone since I study overseas.
First round was HR screening (typical introduction, motivation), followed with case studies (quantitative and qualitative), and final discussion with director of TMT sector (more on fit & explanation of the internship)
