Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was very short and sweet.
The first interview was a phone interview, used to vet out people who didn't know what they were applying for. The second was for a group interview, where we were presented with a written assessment, as well as asked to analyse a few companies and as a group come up with how we would invest in the companies.
Finally, there was a one-on-one interview with a partner a few days later. Most questions were fit questions and about how well you would sit in the company. This particular interviewed was more interested in how you asked questions rather than your answers to his.
