Very straight forward. They came to my campus for the career fair and an information session. submitted my resume/cover letter that night and received a callback to interview for the summer internship the next week. First round interview was 30 min case and 30 min behavioral. Second round was at the Deloitte HQ in LA, where I met with the senior managers and directors. Mainly looking for a fit with the firm and were not as concerned regarding the technicals. Very straight forward and easy process to recruit,
