Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was a phone call that dealt primarily with behavioral questions. The second round was three back-to-back Skype interviews where I was asked about my interest in Tax and also about my interest in working for Deloitte. The whole process was heavily focused on fit.
