I got an interview through an employee referral, but I still had to submit a resume and cover letter. The first round of interviews was located in the Costa Mesa office. This consisted of a 30-minute technical interview and a 30-minute behavioral interview in either order. The next round is in Los Angeles. This involves another 30-minute behavioral interview and then a case study interview. If you pass through this interview, you are in!
